Free local pick up service 

(If your order is not qualified for free shipping, we offer pick up service in our location. Your order will be ready after 2 business days after we confirm the order. the location will be showed up when reaching check out step. Please bring your email to verify your order between 10 pm and 5 pm from Monday to Friday, and your order will be kept up to 10 business days)

We are glad to offer our customers free shipping over 49.99$ (before taxes) within Canada.  If you do not qualify for free shipping, the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of the products, as well your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping (if applicable).

If you don't qualify for free shipping and would like to enjoy our good price, you can pick up your order in our selected locations. see detail in Pick-Up Order menu.

BACK ORDERS

We don't have back order service. If one of your items is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. Then, you decide to let us ship the rest items or not.

SHIPPING TIMES

When you place an order with us, we do everything we can to pack, ship, and have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.   All shipping timeframes and/or shipping methods/providers listed on our website are to be considered estimates and are not guaranteed. 

We don’t guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. We also reserves the right to choose a different shipping carrier than the one selected by the customer at checkout in order to ensure the best possible service.

DAMAGED / UNDELIVERED PRODUCTS

If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt by customer1982online@hotmail.com. We may ask you to provide us with pictures or return the item within 48 hours of receipt. We will then issue a refund or replace the damaged product. Please keep the item(s) and its packaging in case they’re required for the claim assessment.
